The program of arts
therapies at Sara's Center includes painting, music and movement
modalities, as well as many other ways for clients to enhance
their self-growth through creative expression.
The primary goal at Sara's Center is to help clients achieve
the highest quality of life possible. To help achieve this goal,
the Center combines creative arts therapies with daily living
skills training. Throughout the process, we emphasize the importance
of sharing and working together - focusing on group experiences,
emulating the kinds of human interaction our clients must face
each day in their own communities.
